Fermentation Fest is a celebration of food, harvest, and fermentation held annually at Grounded Printshop in collaboration with Wild Field Urban Farm, as well as local farmers and food artisans.

Fermentation Fest celebrates not just the craft but the slow alchemy of time itself—transforming humble ingredients into something complex, alive, and deeply flavored. Demonstrations, tastings of fermented foods like bread, pickles, and more will take place!  Bring your own jar and cutting board to partake.
